The challenge
FiPAX AG advises where law, finance and real estate meet: on property transactions, construction projects, financings and succession planning. Our clients – property owners, developers, SMEs and private individuals – expect solutions that are legally robust and commercially sound.
In this role, you will run your own mandates from day one and work in direct contact with clients. You will work closely with the partners and benefit from their experience in finance and transactions – while carrying real responsibility. Those who perform will quickly be given more scope: their own client relationships, responsibility for specific practice areas and a key role in building our legal practice.
We are not looking for someone to administer files, but for someone who shapes mandates, takes ownership and grows with the challenge.
Your responsibilities
- Independent management of mandates – from initial advice through negotiation to closing
- Construction and real estate law: contracts for work, permit and objection proceedings, property transactions and mortgage rights
- Contract and corporate law: drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex agreements
- Matrimonial, inheritance and succession law: wills, inheritance contracts, advance care directives and business succession
- Negotiations with counterparties, banks, notaries and authorities as well as representation in proceedings
- Close collaboration with our finance and debt advisory team to deliver integrated solutions
What we expect
- Excellent law degree (Master) from a Swiss university
- Swiss bar admission (Anwaltspatent)
- Whether in your first years of practice or with several years of experience: what counts is judgement, diligence and commitment
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a genuine interest in economic and financial matters
- A confident, persuasive presence with clients, counterparties and authorities
- Resilience, reliability and a structured, independent way of working
- Full command of written German and English
